Latest Samsung Galaxy S4 Specs release date features rumors

According to the report, sources have informed that the tab will be announced in April 2013 and is known as “Project J”. According to older rumors the Galaxy S4 would  have a full HD brand new AMOLED display with full 1080p resolution and 441 pixels-per-inch at CES 2013 in Las Vegas., a quad-core CPU, the latest version of Android Jelly Bean OS, a 13 megapixel camera and the screen size would be 5.0,which may come with a breakthrough unbreakable screen. but these details haven’t been confirmed by the source.
The rumour suggests that the Samsung Galaxy S4 will adopt the same quad-core Samsung Exynos 5450 chipset as the Samsung-built Nexus 10 tablet. Considering that its four Cortex-A15 cores running at 2GHz however, GSMArena is sceptical, guessing that it would suck the life out of a mobile battery thats naturally smaller than that driving a tablet device.

Unless some kind of new battery technology becomes available in the coming year it is likely that the battery of the Samsung Galaxy s4 will become bigger in size and in how much juice it can store. My guess is that the battery will be a  2400 mAh Li-Ion battery made by Samsung themselves.

The Galaxy S4 is rumored to come with 5-inch unbreakable display that will be in full 1080p and push out 441 pixels per inch (ppi)Expect at least 2GB RAM, although Samsung might up that to 3GB or even 4GB. Samsung has also been producing 128GB memory chips, and this high storage capacity could be seen on a Galaxy S4 variant.

We believe that the GHz needs to be pushed a little further than we’ve seen, many phones clock at 1.2GHz and the fastest we’ve seen is 1.7GHz – most computers nowadays have 3.0GHz, we should see Samsung push the boundaries with the Galaxy S4

We still see the release date being mid-2013, but if Samsung see an early launch as a way to get ahead of Apple, it may be coming spring-2013.
